Mr. Bannister is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
At the University of Pittsburgh, he was a member of the Journal of Environmental and Public Health Law, the Student Intellectual Property Law Association, and the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Certificate Program. Mr. Bannister received degrees in Biological Sciences and Computer Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
